A very healthy and simple Indian rice dish made using fenugreek leaves and peas. This is a quick one pot meal perfect for lunch box and a best recipe for bachelors.
Methi recipes are very nutritional foods with the GOODNESS of fenugreek leaves with rich in iron content. Fenugreek leaves are bit bitter in taste but when combined with right vegetables it makes a wonderful meal. Here i have combined it with good amount of peas to lessen the bitterness of fenugreek leaves. You can even add carrot or potatoes.
The tender the fenugreek leaves, the lesser the bitterness!
Always buy or choose tender vegetables /leafy vegetables, they make food blissful.
Leafy vegetables are most potent superfood on the planet and Unfortunately! also the most ignored and avoided food as well! They offer countless health benefits when prepared in a healthy way. So, make sure you include ATLEAST twice in a week in your diet.
